Smart Time Management with Gemini
A soft-skills programme on focus, prioritisation, and self-leadership — augmented by AI.
Time management has always been a soft skill before it is a tool problem. The discipline lives in three places: knowing what actually deserves your attention, holding focus once you choose, and protecting both from the constant pull of email, meetings, and other people's priorities. Tools have never solved it. Calendars, task lists, and inbox-zero rituals help at the margin but rarely move the needle, because the underlying work is human.
What has changed is the leverage available to a disciplined professional. Gemini, embedded across Google Workspace, can now absorb a meaningful share of the cognitive load that used to consume the working day — drafting, summarising, comparing, capturing — freeing the human to do what only humans can do: choose, lead, decide.
This one-day programme is built on that combination. The soft-skills foundations of self-awareness, prioritisation, decision-making, and presence are taught first, in their own right. Gemini is then introduced as the augmentation layer that makes those habits sustainable in a calendar that fights back. Participants leave with a working personal AI productivity system, a thirty-day implementation plan, and — more importantly — a clearer sense of where their time should be going in the first place.
Group Size: Up to 25 participants (laptops required for hands-on practice).
Format: In-person, full-day workshop. Virtual delivery available on request.
Total Duration: 7 hours of contact time across five sessions (8:30 am to 5:00 pm, including breaks and lunch).
Participants are required to bring an internet-enabled laptop for hands-on exercises with Generative AI, as the application is web-based. Thank you.

Objective
Context and Objectives
Across the professionals CCISG works with, the same pattern surfaces. Capable, senior people are running their week reactively. The morning starts with intention, then disappears into an inbox. Meetings stack on meetings. Deep work — the work people are actually being paid to do — gets pushed into evenings and weekends, where it competes with rest, family, and recovery.
Most have already tried the usual fixes. Productivity courses, time-blocking, batching, the Pomodoro method, switching apps. These approaches help for a week or two and then fade, because they ask the human to do more of the work themselves. The discipline stack keeps growing. The relief never arrives.
The opportunity now is different. With Gemini operating inside the same tools where work already happens, a meaningful proportion of low-leverage cognitive labour can be shifted off the human. Triaging long documents, drafting first versions, capturing meeting outcomes, summarising threads — Gemini does these in seconds. What this frees up is not just time. It is attention. And attention is what soft skills like prioritisation, deep listening, and clear decision-making actually run on.
This programme sits at that intersection. It is a soft-skills workshop in its bones — focus, prioritisation, presence, self-leadership — with Gemini taught as the practical lever that makes the habits stick.
